Marco Ferraro, a French Culinary Institute alum, is the new executive chef at Wish restaurant at the Hotel of South Beach. Chef Ferraro has trained at Jean-Georges, Le Mantel in Cannes and Le Muscandin in Mougins and made his mark at Jack's La Jolla in California.
