Jeremie Tomczak vs. Bocuse d'Or USA

Jeremie Tomczak, executive chef of event operations at The International Culinary Center, was nominated as a finalist in this year's Bocuse d'Or USA Competition. Jeremie's dedication to continually learning and constantly pushing himself as a chef, along with his passion for food and cooking, fit in well here at the school. He took time to sit down and tell us a little about his experiences preparing for and being in the competition.
