Can You Trust a Skinny Chef?

The debate over the "skinny chef" adage was taken home last night on ABC's Nightline. Many chefs (especially those of TV fame) are looking to keep their waists whittled while enjoying the joys of eating the mouthwatering foods they prepare. Dean of the Italian Culinary Center and executive chef/partner of Salumeria Rosi in Manhattan, Cesare Casella, along with chefs Nate Appleman and Art Smith, weighed in on the matter.
