Dorothy Cann Hamilton, founder and CEO of The FCI, sat down with chefs Tom Colicchio (Craft, Colicchio & Sons, and chef host Top Chef), Dan Barber (Blue Hill NYC & Stone Barns), and Jacques Torres (Jacques Torres Chocolates and dean of The FCI Pastry Program) to discuss her new book, Love What You Do, and what it takes to be a chef at the 92nd Street Y in February.
