Our Very Own Jeeves

In May, The French Culinary Insitute begins its first run of week-long classes in our new Estate Management Studies training, headed up by former footman at Buckingham Palace and butler to Brooke Astor, Chris Ely, whose goal is to elevate the quality of professional service.
