Macarons. Is that one o or two?

Pastry chef-instructor Kir Rodriguez is known throughout our NYC location for his brilliant chocolate work, but he is also a master macaron maker and has even been suppling tea-inspired macs to our SoHo neighbors Harney & Sons at their tea shop.
